APS is building a digital marketplace to help communities across Bharat, particularly in Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns, buy, sell, exchange, and donate goods. The site currently offers an early access waitlist ahead of full launch. Features, availability, and launch timelines may change without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to sign up for early access. By submitting your details, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that it belongs to you.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform on any particular date or in any particular city. We may prioritize, limit, or stagger access at our sole discretion. Early access is offered free of charge; we will clearly communicate any future pricing before it applies to you.

The site and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the platform will launch on any specific timeline.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APS and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or early access waitlist.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
